What To Do With All Those Pumpkins? Pumpkin Soup

Every year I go out and buy so many pumpkins to decorate my front porch. So this year, I bought a few pumpkins to see what meals I could make with them. I found this Pumpkin Soup recipe from Botanical Interests Seeds which turned out great!
